The Friends of the Wardsboro Library is sponsoring the 10th Annual Gilfeather® Turnip Festival on Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012 from
10 A.M to 4 P.M. We invite artisans, crafters and farmer’s market vendors to set up their space for a fee of $35.00 (effective as of July 1, 2011) Spaces will be available downstairs in the Wardsboro Town Hall at 71 Main Street and outside in a large tent. You must provide your own décor and 8 foot tables will be provided upon request. No spaces will be sold for tag sales. The spaces will be assigned on a "first come, first served" basis. Your cancelled check will be your confirmation and your space will be clearly marked with your name when you arrive. The Friends will provide all publicity in local newspapers and on our website (www.friendsofwardsborolibrary.org). Town Hall and tent will be open at 8:00 A.M. to set up your space. All profits are yours to keep. No space refunds for no shows.
A lunch cafe selling a variety of Gilfeather®Turnip delicacies along with our famous Gilfeather®Turnip soup will be open from 11A.M. to 2 P.M. upstairs in the Town Hall. Complimentary coffee and muffins will be available to all vendors in the kitchen pantry. If you have any questions or need further information, please call (802/896-3416) or Email .
