The Gilfeather Turnip Art Show honoring Vermont's State Vegetable opens Saturday October 1 and runs through the end of the month. Featuring artists and fine crafters from Wardsboro and Stratton. On display during regular hours at theWardsboro Public Library, 170 Main Street. Also open during the Gilfeather Turnip Festival on October 22 from 9am to 1pm. Free admission.

Ongoing all Summer - “Best Raffle Ever” 2016

Beautiful quilt, “Fifty Shades of Vermont Green” – handmade and donated by Stratton, VT resident and Friends’ supporter. Quilt is 75” x 75”, all cotton and machine washable. Tickets $5 each or $20 for five. Print your own tickets from the websiteor purchase at the Wardsboro Library and at all Friends’ events. Winning ticket drawn on Oct. 22 at the Annual Gilfeather Turnip Festival. Need not be present to win!
